A simple funny looking exercise called the “Bear crawl” is no joke. This exercise is a complete body worker and just a single minute will prove the point.

Because bear crawls work so many muscles and is a single exercise it becomes a super calorie burner.

The bear craw will work and I have said it before if you go looking for a complicated workout or complicated exercise you will almost always abandon the workout for lack of results.

The bear crawl is a simple exercise, but it’s by far an easy exercise.

This exercise will test you physically and mentally and have you wondering why such a simple exercise is leaving you wishing you never heard of it.

Bear crawls are used and have been used for many years but I believe exercises like the bear crawl and other simple exercises have been pushed to the side for a more of a so called fitness regime, running and the gym.

Bear crawls can be done in almost any area, you can use your living room, a backyard, a basketball court or an open field there is no equipment needed just you and your mind.
