Do Boot Camp exercises 1-12 the repeat 4 times with little or no rest! Also try to get it done in under 20 min.
- 20 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Push ups
- 20 Squats
- 20 Jumping jacks
- 20 crunches
- 20 alternating lunges
- 20 Mountian Climbers
- 20 Squats
- 20 jumping jacks
- 15 Push ups
- 30 stationary lunges, 15 for each leg
Repeat #1-12, 3 more times!
