Philadelphia Personal Trainer Shares 8 Steps to Losing Unwanted Belly

There are 3 major focuses of losing unwanted belly fat. They are doing proper cardio, following the right nutrition program, and using the right workout program.

The first focus: Doing proper cardio is a basic foundation of my list.

1. Keep your heart rate at the optimal fat consumption level of 65- 75% of your max heart rate (max heart rate= 220- (your age)).

2. Maintain the optimal heart rate for a minimal of 40 minutes.

3. Implement your cardio on an empty stomach to optimize fat consumption.

The second focus: Starting a proper workout program. Working as a Philadelphia personal trainer for many years, I have recognized a number of key factors when it comes to starting your workout program.

4. Your workout program must push your body into a "stressed" state. All of my philadelphia personal trainer workout programs follow this principle. Because, you have to "stress" the body to get it to adapt to your workout program.

5. Build your workout program from fatigue to failure. Your workout program must work the muscle to a fatigued state in the first 6 weeeks. Upon reaching the 6 week mark, add failure sets to your workout program.
