If you eat greasy unhealthy foods such as donuts, cheeses, fat laden processed snacks and fast foods full of saturated fats then you are not going to look you best bottom line. From a health standpoint unless you have superior genetics you are asking for a heart attack. It might not happen today or even five years from now but if you keep pumping those kinds of food into your mouth then it will happen! Heart attacks are one of the leading causes of death for Americans and the sad thing about this is… that it is the most preventable disease. With that in mind this is a guide on some of the foods you should avoid in order to look and feel your best for a long time to come.
