You’re busting your ass with your fat loss program. You’re watching what you eat. You’re not even ending up eating Chinese food at 3 in the morning with no idea how you got there.
You should be losing weight?
You are not!
This can be pretty damn frustrating. Especially so, when you have a friend that isn’t doing half of what you are doing with their fat loss program, and yet they’re seeing better results than you are. Well let me save you from wasting your time and effort RIGHT NOW. When it comes to your fat loss program, it’s not about what’s fair... it’s about what’s real.
And complaining, blaming others and making excuses about your fat loss program is just real dumb. You must become bigger than your problems if you want to succeed.
And the best way that I know to do that is to acquire knowledge. Personally, I don’t think that there’s a better way to do this affordably than fat loss bootcamps. There’s plenty of evidence that shows that social support is the most critical element to a successful fat loss program.
Look at Curves, Weightwatchers, and so on. I think most fitness professionals could readily list all the deficiencies and errors in these fat loss programs. But, what makes these programs successful if they’re so bad?
Social Support!
What would happen if this kind of social support joined forces with a superior fat loss program that was FUN? Well, then the results would be nothing short of amazing! This is the reason that fat loss and fitness bootcamps are rapidly gaining popularity with so many.

But learning this kind of knowledge doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It only comes to those that act.
It has nothing to do with desire and everything to do with decision. Whether you decide to dedicate yourself to learning about health and fitness as I have, or you take a shortcut and decide to allow me to teach you…you have to decide.
Of course, most people don’t like to make decisions. I don’t know why exactly, maybe most people find it more comfortable to play it safe? Well, you should know that deciding not to learn how you can improve your health and fitness, or how you can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your fitness or fat loss program IS NOT playing it safe. Maybe it’s more comfortable hiding under a sweatshirt than it is to hold your goals up in front of everyone and commit to achieving them...
But until you truly put yourself on the line, you’ll never really know what you’re capable of…and that my friend is no way to go through life. When you join a fitness or fat loss bootcamp, you join a team of your peers - although not equal in talent, shape or size - they’re equal in their commitment to improve.
And as coach of fat loss bootcamps in Guelph and Kawartha Lakes Ontario, I am privileged to witness such commitment and determination. It is truly inspiring.
